The 5-step process

1.

Visit the plot

  • Getting to know the environment
  • Explanation of each villa's location
  • Presentation of floor plans
  • Transmission of all project documents (land division, work description and EG contract)

2.

Villa reservation

  • Booking form Naef Prestige | Knight Frank
  • Payment of a reservation deposit (CHF 150,000.-) to the dedicated notary.

3.

Contract signing

  • > General contractor contract
  • 1. Meeting with general contractor and review of documents (EG contract and construction specification)
  • 2. Signature of documents
  • > Share of land + development
  • 1. Payment of a deposit (between 50% and 60% of the sale price) into the study's account
  • 2. Signature of the land sale contract at the notary's office

Construction

4.

  • Appointments with the project's architects and general contractor
  • Additional meetings with the general contractor to finalize choices
  • Site visits during construction
  • Payment of the balance of the purchase price in accordance with the stages of construction and the schedule set out in the EG contract

5.

Delivery

  • Scheduled for autumn 2025
  • Final instalment on schedule
  • Inventory of fixtures and handover of villa keys
